How to Play the Gacha Machine

Picking a mystery box? Here's how it works, in plain, simple steps.

The 4 simple steps

1. Pick your box. Tap a box to select it. Want more than one? Tap several boxes, then use "Open All" to buy them together.
   
2. (Optional) Use a free Hint. A Hint tells you one figure that is NOT inside your box, narrowing things down. Hints are free (2 per campaign), and you need to log in to use them.
   
3. Check out & pay. When you're happy with your selection, go to checkout and pay. Each box you selected becomes one reveal.
4. Reveal your prize. Right after payment, your prize is revealed with a fun opening animation. Bought several boxes? You'll see each prize in turn. Your revealed figure is then added to your order and shipped to you.

Opening multiple boxes ("Open All")

• Select as many boxes as you like, then tap "Open All" to check out in one go.
• Each box reveals exactly one figure.
  

What are Hints?

• Hints are free and completely optional.
• A Hint tells you one figure that is not in your selected box.
• You get 2 Hints per campaign, and each box can be hinted up to 2 times.
• Hints are tied to your account, so you need to log in to use them.
• A Hint narrows your choices, but it doesn't tell you what's actually inside.

How do the odds work?

• Every figure has a fixed chance (a "weight") set when the campaign starts.
• As figures sell out, your chance of getting the remaining figures goes up.
• The odds shown on each figure card are the starting odds; your actual odds may be higher as other figures sell out.

Every box contains a real collectible — no empty boxes, no cash prizes. It's for fun and collecting, not gambling.
