How Crowdfunding Works

Crowdfunding is how we bring new drops to life together. Every campaign has a funding goal and a deadline. When you place an order during a campaign, your order counts toward the goal — and you are protected by an all-or-nothing rule: if the goal is met, your order ships; if it isn’t, you get your money back automatically. No forms. No chasing. No risk on your side.

How it works in 4 steps

1. Place your order during the campaign window. You pay today’s launch price at checkout, exactly like a normal order. Shipping is calculated normally at checkout.
2. Every order moves the campaign forward. The goal, the deadline and live progress are shown on each campaign page. The more people join, the closer the drop gets to unlocking.
3. Goal reached by the deadline → the drop is on. Once the campaign closes successfully, we start preparing and shipping orders. You’ll receive an email with tracking as soon as your order ships.
4. Goal not reached by the deadline → everyone gets a full refund. Every order placed during the campaign is automatically refunded in full to the original payment method. Nothing ships, and you keep nothing you paid for — because nothing is charged in the end.

Rules at a glance

• Goal & deadline. Each campaign shows its funding goal, deadline and live progress. Once a campaign launches, its goal and deadline are fixed.
• All-or-nothing protection. A campaign must reach 100% of its goal by the deadline. If it doesn’t, all orders are refunded automatically and in full.
• Overfunding is welcome. A campaign can raise more than its goal, and every qualifying order placed before the deadline is fulfilled. To protect delivery times, a campaign may display a maximum order cap — if the cap is reached, the campaign closes early.
• Cancel any time before the campaign ends. Change your mind? You can cancel your order and receive a full refund up until the campaign deadline, no questions asked.
• Delivery dates are estimates, not promises. Each campaign states an expected shipping window. If anything changes, we’ll email you and update the campaign page — never a surprise, and never an extra charge.
• This is a product pre-order, not an investment. You are buying a product at launch pricing, not investing in a company. Your protection is the all-or-nothing refund rule above.

When will my order ship?

Orders ship after a campaign closes successfully. Each campaign page shows its expected shipping window (for example, “ships within 10 business days after the campaign ends”). As soon as your order leaves us, you’ll get a shipping confirmation with a tracking number. If you need to update your shipping address, contact our customer support team before your order ships.

What if the campaign doesn’t reach its goal?

Then the drop doesn’t happen — and you are automatically refunded in full, no action needed on your part. Refunds go back to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer. If you don’t see your refund within 10 business days, contact our customer support team and we’ll track it down for you.

What if my order arrives damaged or faulty?

Once your crowdfunded order arrives, it is covered by the same return and exchange policy as any other order on this site. If anything is damaged or defective on arrival, contact our customer support team within the return window and we’ll make it right — see our Return Policy for details.

Why do you charge me now instead of later?

Charging at checkout lets us confirm every order instantly and lock in your price and reward tier the moment you join. Your payment is processed on the same secure, encrypted checkout used for every order on this site — and if the campaign fails to reach its goal, the full amount comes back to you automatically. Crowdfunding is a two-way promise: you support the drop, and we only keep your payment if we deliver.
