1. Gacha Play Rules

Welcome to the Gacha experience at gotoptoy.com. Please read these rules carefully before making a purchase. By purchasing a Gacha Box, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these rules.

1.1 Nature of Service

• Gacha Boxes are entertainment collectible purchases. They are not gambling, lotteries, or investments.
• Every reveal results in a physical collectible product of real retail value. The Platform offers no cash, credit, or virtual currency conversion of any kind.

1.2 How It Works

1. You select a Mystery Gacha Box and complete payment.
2. Immediately after successful payment, our server randomly reveals one product from the current available pool.
3. The reveal completes the service: your order is updated to the revealed product and enters the shipping process. Shipping times follow our logistics policy for your region.

1.3 Odds Disclosure

• The Prize pool of each campaign contains the products available for reveal. Every product carries a fixed weight set when the campaign is created; weights never change during the campaign.
• The Prize pool is dynamic and shrinks as reveals happen:
  • A product is removed from the Prize pool once its stock limit is reached (sold out).
  • Within the same case (where a case size applies), a product already revealed in that case is excluded from later draws in the same case. Note: if multiple products of the same design are configured, that design may still appear more than once within a case.
• Because the pool shrinks, actual odds for the remaining products rise over time. The Available Figures section shows the figures you may reveal; each figure card displays the odds at campaign setup, with a prominent note that actual odds may rise as products sell out. Product quantities are not displayed.

1.4 Age Requirement

• You must be 18 years of age or older to participate.
• By confirming the age checkbox before drawing, you confirm that you are 18 or older. We may require proof of age in case of dispute.

1.5 No Cash Conversion

• Revealed products cannot be exchanged for cash, credits, points, or any other form of consideration on the Platform.
• The Platform does not provide buyback, consignment, resale, or second-hand matching services. Any off-platform trading is unrelated to the Platform.

1.6 Refund Policy: All Sales Final Once Revealed

• Because the random reveal is a service delivered immediately upon payment, all Gacha purchases are final and non-refundable once the reveal occurs. This includes buyer's remorse, change of mind, or dissatisfaction with the revealed item.
• Exception (technical): if payment was completed but the reveal did not occur due to a technical error, you may request a full refund within 7 days.
• Exception (quality): if the delivered item arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing, we will replace it free of charge. No refunds for replacement requests.

1.7 Prohibited Conduct

• Automated scripts, malicious concurrency, and payment exploits are prohibited.
• Organizing “pool-buying” or odds-based betting schemes on the Platform is prohibited.

1.8 Limitation of Liability

• The Platform is responsible solely for the authenticity, shipment, and quality of the physical products.
• We are not liable for any expectation of profit, scarcity premium, or secondary-market value of revealed items.
• Delays caused by force majeure (logistics, customs, natural disasters) are not the Platform's liability; we will use reasonable efforts to inform you.

1.9 Amendments

We may update these rules from time to time. Material changes will be announced at least 7 days in advance on this page and will not affect orders already revealed.

2. Gacha Reveal Odds

At gotoptoy.com we believe in full transparency about how Gacha reveals work.

How the odds work

1. The Prize pool of a campaign contains the products available for reveal. Every product is assigned a fixed weight when the campaign is created; weights never change during the campaign.
2. When you purchase a Gacha Box, our server randomly selects one product from the current Prize pool, weighted by these fixed weights.
3. The Prize pool is dynamic and shrinks as reveals happen:

   • Within the same case (where a case size applies), a product already revealed in that case is excluded from later draws in the same case. Note: if multiple products of the same design are configured, that design may still appear more than once within a case.

As products sell out, actual odds for remaining figures may rise.” Because the Prize pool shrinks as reveals happen, the actual odds for remaining products can be higher than the displayed value.

Updates

Weights may be updated only with 7 days' prior notice. Historical odds records are retained for audit.

No cash conversion

Revealed items cannot be exchanged for cash, credits, or any virtual currency. Gacha is an entertainment collectible purchase, not gambling.

Age

You must be 18 years of age or older to participate.

3. Refund Policy

Gacha purchases are final once revealed

All Gacha purchases are final and non-refundable once the reveal occurs, because the random reveal is a service delivered immediately upon payment. This applies to all Gacha Boxes, whether or not you are satisfied with the revealed product, and includes buyer's remorse or change of mind.

Exceptions

1. Payment completed but reveal did not occur (technical error): a full refund is available within 7 days of purchase. Contact us with your order number.
2. Damaged, incorrect, or missing delivery: we will replace the item free of charge. No refunds are given for replacement requests.

Non-Gacha products

Regular (non-Gacha) products follow our standard return policy as stated on each product page.

How to request

Contact our support team at support@gotoptoy.com with your order number and, for quality issues, photos within 7 days of delivery. We will respond within 7 business days.

4. Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how gotoptoy.com (“we”, “us”, “the Platform”) collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you visit or purchase from our store.

4.1 Information we collect

• Order information: name, email, shipping address, phone number, and order details, collected at checkout.
• Payment information: processed securely by our payment providers (e.g., Shopify Payments, Stripe, PayPal). We do not store full card numbers.
• Device and usage information: IP address, browser type, and pages visited, collected through cookies and analytics tools for site operation and improvement.

4.2 How we use your information

• To process and fulfill your orders (including Gacha reveals and delivery).
• To provide customer support and respond to inquiries.
• To comply with legal obligations and prevent fraud or abuse.

4.3 Sharing of information

We share information only with trusted service providers who help us operate the store (Shopify, payment processors, shipping carriers, analytics providers) and only to the extent necessary. We do not sell your personal information.

4.4 Children's privacy (COPPA)

Our Gacha service is restricted to users 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

4.5 Japan users (APPI)

If you are located in Japan, your personal information is handled in accordance with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information (APPI). You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information as provided by applicable law.
