At TOPTOY, we understand that plans change, and sometimes you may need to modify or cancel your order. To provide you with a smooth and efficient shopping experience, we’ve outlined everything you need to know about our order cancellation and modification policies.

Order Cancellation

We work hard to ensure that your order is processed and shipped as quickly as possible. Once an order is submitted, it is immediately sent to our fulfillment center for processing. This means that, unfortunately, once your order is placed, we are unable to make any changes to the items, modify payment methods, update the shipping or billing address, or cancel the order.

What you can do:
Before submitting your order, please take a moment to double-check your product selection, size, quantity, payment method, and shipping details to ensure everything is correct. This way, you can avoid any need for changes after the order is placed.

For items marked as pre-order, please note that these are final sale items and cannot be canceled once the order is submitted.

Why Was My Order Cancelled?

Occasionally, we may cancel an order due to reasons such as insufficient stock or suspected fraudulent activity. In these cases, our goal is to ensure fair access to our exclusive and non-exclusive items for all fans and collectors. If your order is canceled, you will receive a notification explaining the reason.
