At TOPTOY, we take pride in our products—after all, we collect them too! Every employee here surrounds themselves with our creations, and your order is just as important to us. We strive to ensure that your products arrive on time and in perfect condition. Please take a moment to review our shipping policy to understand how and when your order will be shipped.

Free Shipping Rule

We offer free standard shipping for orders over $50 worldwide. Please see the shipping rate table below for more details.

Shipping Time

TOPTOY offers shipping from both our U.S. Warehouse (Los Angeles) and Overseas Warehouse.

For U.S. Customers

  • U.S. Warehouse Shipping: Approximately 3–5 business days
  • Overseas Warehouse Shipping: Approximately 5–15 business days
  • U.S. Warehouse Collection
If your order includes both U.S. Warehouse and Overseas Warehouse items, the entire order will be shipped together from the overseas warehouse, which may extend the delivery time.
To receive your order within 3–5 business days, please choose products labeled as U.S. Warehouse in stock only.

For International Customers

  • Japan: Approximately 4–10 business days
  • Europe: Approximately 5–15 business days
  • Other regions: Approximately 5–15 business days
Products shipped from the Overseas Warehouse.
If there are flight delays, customs inspections, or other force majeure factors, delivery times may be extended accordingly.

Note: All orders are generally shipped the same day or within 2-4 business days after placing the order, subject to public holidays. Orders placed on weekends and during public holidays in China will be processed the next working day.

Please be aware that delivery times may vary due to external factors such as natural disasters.

TOPTOY currently ships worldwide. All international sales on gotoptoy.com are final.  However, customers may incur additional duties and import taxes upon receiving our goods.

Due to our licensing agreements, certain items cannot be sold in specific countries. International customers may encounter restrictions when placing orders, or orders may be canceled if the item is unavailable for that destination. Some items may be available for purchase at physical TOPTOY stores; please feel free to inquire if interested.

Tax & Customs Fees

Sales Tax:

For most regions, any applicable sales taxes are covered by TOPTOY, and customers do not need to pay additional sales tax at checkout. The price you see is the final price you pay.

Tariffs & Import Duties:

TOPTOY will cover most tariffs & import duties. However, in some regions—especially certain European countries—local customs authorities may charge additional import duties or VAT upon delivery. These charges, if incurred, are the responsibility of the customer.

If these duties are not paid, the package will be destroyed, and we will not be able to offer a refund. Please contact us if you have any questions.

Shipping Exceptions and Restrictions

Alaska, and US Territories (excluding Guam, US Virgin Islands & Puerto Rico)

Unfortunately, we do not ship to any US territories. We only ship within the United States, including Hawaii and Alaska. We cannot ship to Puerto Rico, Guam, or the US Virgin Islands.

Delivery Address

Address Errors
If you notice an error in your shipping address, please email us at support@gotoptoy.com as soon as possible with your order number. Because we aim to ship orders quickly, please notify us immediately if there is an issue with your address.
Should a package be returned due to an incomplete or incorrect address, such as missing an apartment or building number, the following fees will apply depending on how you'd like us to handle the situation: Reshipping to the correct address.

Unable to Contact Customer

If delivery fails due to the courier not reaching you, TOPTOY is not responsible for delays or returns. Please makes sure your phone number and email are up to date and keep an eye on your tracking updates.

Shipping to Hotels/Temporary Addresses

We do not guarantee delivery to hotels or temporary addresses. Due to our processing times, we do not recommend placing orders to these addresses. It is your responsibility to provide a correct and complete address where someone will be available to receive the package upon delivery. We do not offer route changes, nor do we accept returns or cancellations due to missed deliveries at these locations.

Multiple Shipping Addresses

We currently do not support shipping a single order to multiple addresses. If you need to ship to multiple locations, please create separate orders.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped from our warehouse, we will send you a confirmation email. This email will include a tracking number and a link so you can track the status of your package.

Out of Stock Items

If an item in your order is out of stock, our customer service team will contact you to provide a solution.

Special Delivery Instructions

If you have any special delivery requests, please enter them in the notes at checkout and we will try to fulfill them as much as possible. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us.

Customs & Duties

Customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and may vary depending on location. Unfortunately, we cannot predict these charges. Your local customs office will contact you directly to arrange payment. If these duties are not paid, the package will be destroyed, and we will not be able to offer a refund.
