Identity Verification: Tickets are real-name registered and exclusive to the TOP 1 winner. Non-transferable and non-resellable. Attendees must be 18+.

Fair Play: Malicious orders, bulk returns, or multi-accounting will result in disqualification.

Registration: Winners must email support@gotoptoy.com within 24 hours after the event with their Username, Email, and all Order IDs. Information submitted is final and cannot be modified. Failure to register within the time limit will be considered a forfeiture of the prize, and no replacement will be issued.

Distribution: Tickets will be sent as a PDF to the winner's email. Prizes cannot be replaced if lost or exchanged for cash. The limited edition gift boxes will be shipped within 30 working days to the address provided during email registration. The specific delivery time is subject to the actual situation.

Eligibility Check: Final rankings are subject to verification. Any refunds or cancellations that lower the spending total will void eligibility.
